Failed to Retrieve Flash Data
If read of a vehicle is failing with "Failed to Retrieve Flash Data" check the following:
1. Sufficient internet connection is available when performing the read
2. Date & Time settings are correct for the PC. These can be accessed in your Windows settings under "Time & Language"
If the read continues to fail, an infolog and debug file will need to be submitted in a support request for further review
