C304A CCM: Controller Unlocker - Response Pending, Retry in 15 mins

Receiving this error when attempting to read the C304A controller, additional information needs to be provided to  technical support in order to resolve the error.

A support request can be opened, a debug file and infolog while connected to the vehicle will need to be provided.
