Unsupported Interface

Problem

• The RTD (Remote Tuning Device) is not supported in VCM Editor.
• If you attempt to use an RTD device with VCM Editor, you will receive this error message.

Resolution

• For RTD Users:

  • RTD devices must be used with RTD Flasher, not VCM Editor.

• For MPVI Users:

  • If you are using an MPVI device in VCM Suite and still receive this error, contact HP Tuners Support.
  • Email Support@hptuners.com for assistance.
